I was invited to participate in the Team Design Team of Paper Scrappers - the social network of scrapbooking in Portugal - for the month of September with the theme Autumn.
Afinal o verão começa a dar lugar ao Outono :)
After all, summer begins to give way to autumn :)
I love this time of year especially for the colors that bring us, the various shades of brown and orange mixed with the dried greens. Although they are colors that I rarely use in my works, I insist on using them at this time for the cards allusive to this season.
The folded card measures 5 "x7" (open is 10 "x7") in white paper, the base of the layout is a textured brown sheet where I put a strip of decorated paper (the tree bar) that I took from the pile of the remains of paper, a ribbon in shades of brown and orange, a tag, the embossing text in orange, and a hand-painted fox stamp. I prefer to use simple layouts on my cards to give more prominence to the pictures I paint, in this case the fox that was painted with Copic pens.
